The 21 Days to Self-Love booklet is a collection of daily poems and activities which I thoughtfully created to aid individuals in cultivating an appreciation for the self. Each day of the booklet comes with a poem and reflection exercise.
As a Creative writing and Psychology major, I am interested in the ways art can act as a healing medium.
